Job Title: SAP CO Hana Lead Company: Capgemini Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: Senior Manager \- SAP CO (Controlling) \- SAP HANA Location: \[Mumbai ,pune,bangalore] Department: IT / Finance / Reports to: Director of ERP Solutions / Head of Finance Systems Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for SAP CO (Controlling) with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA. The Senior Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the SAP Controlling module within our SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role requires both technical and functional expertise in SAP CO, along with strong leadership abilities to manage a team and collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * SAP CO (Controlling) Implementation \& Optimization: + Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis). + Drive system enhancements and process optimizations in SAP CO in the context of SAP S/4 HANA, aligning them with business requirements. + Work closely with business users and other SAP functional teams (e.g., FI, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules. * Project Management: + Manage end\-to\-end SAP CO module projects including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and go\-live support. + Oversee SAP CO HANA transformation and migration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in budget. + Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants and business analysts. * Team Leadership \& Collaboration: + Lead and develop a high\-performing team of SAP CO professionals. + Provide guidance on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system functionality. * System Maintenance \& Support: + Ensure the continued smooth operation of the SAP CO module by providing technical support and troubleshooting. + Oversee regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for SAP HANA. + Monitor and ensure data integrity and consistency across financial and controlling modules. * Experience: + 8\-12 years of hands\-on experience with SAP CO, with at least 3\-5 years in a leadership or senior management role. + Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation, migration, or optimization in a Controlling context. + Proven track record in managing SAP CO projects, end\-to\-end implementations, or system enhancements.
