SAP CO Consultant

Job Title: SAP CO Consultant Company: HTC Global Services SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. Cross-Module Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between Finance and other modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP). * A thorough understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) processes, including COPA (Profitability Analysis), COPC (Product Costing), cost center accounting, project accounting, cost element accounting, allocations, settlements, variance analysis, and month-end closing. * Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions, with a primary focus on COPA (Profitability Analysis), COPC (Product Costing), Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Cost Object Controlling within an SAP S/4HANA environment. * Act as the subject matter expert for product costing and profitability analysis, ensuring accurate standard cost calculations, variance analysis, cost allocations, margin reporting, financial reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. * Proficiency in integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS, with the ability to analyze end-to-end cost and profitability impacts across purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales billing, and project-related transactions. Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to map out current business processes and define future needs. Educational Qualification and Certifications: * A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, with additional advanced education or relevant SAP training being a plus. * Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, particularly involving COPA, COPC, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Group Valuation. * Experience with consolidation and reporting solutions such as OneStream. * Professional certifications in SAP (FI, CO), Project Management (PMP), and Accounting (CPA) are preferred.
