Job Title: SAP CCM (Condition Contract Management) Company: Neev SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: SAP CCM (Condition Contract Management) Department: Information Technology / Enterprise Applications Role Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of expertise across Application Maintenance (AM) support and Application Development (AD) / enhancements. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM) —including rebates, settlements, and accruals—complemented by strong domain knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Pricing . In this role, you will lead enhancement deliveries, drive continuous process improvements, and provide robust L2/L3 production support to ensure seamless business operations and Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration. Key Responsibilities * Enhancements, Projects & Business Analysis * Enhancement Delivery: Lead and deliver enhancements in CCM processes, including designing new contract types, complex settlement logic, and business-specific rebate models. * Requirement Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEF objects. * System Configuration: Configure condition contract types, pricing conditions, settlement settings, and seamless integration points with financial modules. * Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with ABAP/technical teams during custom development, code walk-throughs, unit testing, and deployment. * Testing & Deployment: Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring defect-free releases into production environments. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across CCM and pricing frameworks. * Application Support & Maintenance (L2/L3) * Production Support: Provide high-quality L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA CCM processes, ensuring strict SLA adherence and minimal operational disruption. * Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to rebate processing, settlement runs, accrual postings, and pricing inconsistencies. * Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform in-depth RCA on recurring issues and implement preventive, sustainable fixes. * ITSM Ticket Management: Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets efficiently within enterprise ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). * Period-End Operations: Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot period-end settlement runs and financial postings. * Cross-Module Integration & Governance * SD/FI Alignment: Collaborate effectively with SD and FI/CO teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure accurate O2C financial integration. * Pricing Accuracy: Leverage deep SD and Pricing expertise to maintain calculation schema integrity and pricing determination rules. * Change Governance: Strictly adhere to transport management, release governance, and change management procedures (CAB approvals) for all system changes. * Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate functional design documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for peer teams. * SAP CCM: 4+ years of focused experience configuring and supporting S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (Customer/Vendor Rebates, Chargebacks, Accruals, and Settlements). * SAP SD & Pricing: Strong expertise in SD core processes (O2C), pricing procedures, condition technique, access sequences, and condition types. * SAP FI Integration: Working knowledge of G/L accounting, account determination, split settlements, and revenue recognition impacts. * RICEF Development: Proven track record in creating detailed functional designs for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. * ITSM & Tools: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Solution Manager, ChaRM, or similar change control frameworks. * Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting abilities. * Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both business key users and technical developers. * Leadership: Ability to independently manage tasks, mentor junior support team members, and drive delivery timelines. * Stakeholder Management: Experienced in facilitating workshops, prioritizing backlog items, and managing business user expectations during critical issue resolution. Experience Level: 1-2 years Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Expertise Experience & Education * Experience: 1-2 years of SAP consulting experience across both Application Maintenance (Support) and Enhancement/Implementation projects. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. * S/4HANA Exposure: Hands-on experience operating in S/4HANA environments is mandatory. * Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Sales or SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management.
