Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and support SAP Case Management solutions. * Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. * Conduct stakeholder workshops and provide functional recommendations. * Configure, test, deploy, and support end\-to\-end SAP Case Management processes. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. * Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides. * Support go\-live, hypercare, and ongoing optimization activities. * Lead project delivery and mentor team members for Lead\-level positions. Essential Skills * Strong experience in SAP Case Management implementation and support. * Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and configuration. * Experience with SAP Public Sector processes and workflows. * Knowledge of SAP integration, testing, and deployment methodologies. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work in complex, enterprise\-scale SAP environments.
