• Provide expert support and guidance to project teams in areas of BI and Analytics
• Post Production and Go-Live Support.
• Writing Technical Unit/Integration Testing Scripts and Technical Unit Testing Document and executing as per the test plans
• Maintaining good working relationship with Business partners and SAP center of excellence to resolve any vendor related escalations
• Managing Change Request process
