SAP Business Analyst – Operations (SAP BA – Ops)

Job Title: SAP Business Analyst – Operations (SAP BA – Ops) Company: Teamware Solutions SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: executive, managerial, and operational users.  Apply best practices for SAC performance, security roles, data actions, and story optimization.  Ensure SAC content supports Top-Floor to Shop-Floor analytics consumption  Drive consistency across master data, hierarchies, and reference data to support enterprise reporting.  Support integration with BW/4HANA and other data hubs where applicable. Material management lifecycles, including Warehouse management , Product manufacturing , Quality management , Operational procurement , Procurement analytics and supplier management.  Define P2P, manufacturing and Warehouse management Key Performance Indicators and  Leverage S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views, Analytical Queries) to support real-time P2P , manufacturing and Warehouse management insights.  Collaborate with P2P , manufacturing and Warehouse management functional teams to  Participate in data management and analytics governance initiatives, including: Analytics catalog design, KPI definitions and ownership, Data quality monitoring  Develop and embed standards and guidelines for the analytics development lifecycle.  Lead integration of analytics and AI into business processes, where possible automating  Considerable functional exposure to Operations processes, with strong emphasis on manufacturing , warehouse management and P2P cycle.  Good understanding of data modeling, KPI frameworks, and analytical storytelling.  Influence analytics solution design and user experience, ensuring insights are intuitive, Crucial Experience  Good experience in Business Analysis within Analytics and BI domains.  Industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Bio-Tech.  Experience with Planning tools such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, or SAC Planning.  Relevant SAP certifications (Analytics, S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere), or certifications in Project  Experience working on large-scale, complex, and multi-year SAP transformation programs.
