SAP BRIM Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant Company: Mercedes-Benz Group SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Gesellschaft:Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited Standort:Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited, Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP BRIM solutions. * Design, configure, test, and support SAP BRIM processes across Subscription Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Invoicing. * Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. * Ensure seamless integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD modules. * Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. * Support defect analysis, issue resolution, production support activities, and continuous process improvements. * Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects. * Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. * Drive discussions with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process optimization and best practices. * Take ownership of deliverables, ensure quality standards, and support project milestones. * Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). * Experience in: + SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) + SAP Convergent Charging (CC) + SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) + SAP Billing and Revenue Management processes * Good understanding of SAP SD and its integration with SAP BRIM. * Strong knowledge of: + Subscription Lifecycle Management + Order Management + Billing and Invoicing Processes + Revenue-related business processes * Experience in configuration, testing, defect management, and production support. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. * Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to delivery and issue resolution. * Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude. SAP BRIM Consultant Experience Required Technical SkillsMandatory Skills * SAP S/4HANA integration exposure. * Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks within SAP landscapes. * Experience working in Agile project environments. Soft Skills Educational Qualification * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * SAP Certification in BRIM or related SAP modules is an added advantage.
