Provide support for AWS platform from 24x7 with extended and weekend support. Perform incident and problem management, SAP landscape monitoring, user administration, authorization and security management, SAP transport management, daily backup monitoring, database monitoring and management, SAP HANA installation, patching, OS monitoring and Linux administration activities.
Requirements
Graduate in engineering or computer science with passion for SAP technologies. Knowledge of infrastructure, hardware, networking, Linux, SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, security management and transport management preferred. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills required.
