Role Name: SAP BASIS Consultant. Experience: 4 to 12 Years. Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mangalore, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Bhubaneswar, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Coimbatore, Noida, Vizag, Kolkata, Mysore, Hubli. Work Mode: Hybrid. Roles & Responsibilities. Install, configure, administer, and monitor SAP systems across landscapes. Perform SAP system upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and patching activities. Manage SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and HANA database environments. Execute client copies, system copies, kernel upgrades, and transport management activities. Monitor system performance and optimize SAP application and database performance. Perform user administration, role assignments, security, and authorization support. Handle SAP Backup, Recovery, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability configurations. Support incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, and cloud teams. Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and maintenance projects. Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. Mandatory Skills. Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Experience in Kernal Upgrade and Solution Management. Strong knowledge of:. SAP HANA Database Administration. SAP NetWeaver Administration. Transport Management System (TMS). SAP System Monitoring. Performance Tuning. Client Copy/System Copy. Kernel Upgrades and Patch Management. Experience in SAP installation, upgrade, and migration activities. Knowledge of SAP security, users, roles, and authorizations. Experience in troubleshooting SAP system performance issues. Understanding of Backup, Recovery, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery concepts. Experience in Linux/Unix operating systems. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills. SAP S/4HANA Conversion or Migration projects. Exposure to SAP Solution Manager. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
