SAP Basis-Senior Professional

This Senior SAP BASIS Specialist role at EY involves managing and optimizing SAP BASIS infrastructure and operations across complex SAP landscapes. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and high performance through performance monitoring and tuning, problem analysis, and resolution. Daily activities include system administration on UNIX and Windows platforms, performing system copies, applying kernel upgrades, and managing client copies and transport management. You will administer ABAP+Java dual-stack systems, apply add-ons and support packs, configure spool administration, and manage role-based authorizations. Experience with Single Sign-On, Web Dispatcher, and SAP on public and private cloud platforms is essential. You will also work with SAP Solution Manager features including CHARM, EWA, and monitoring, and provide guidance to junior team members.

The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in the SAP Basis domain with solid hands-on experience in system administration, installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization. Proficiency in SAP HANA administration (monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery) is required. Experience supporting S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, PO/PI, Fiori, and Solution Manager landscapes is essential. Strong SAP BTP knowledge and experience with RISE with SAP environments are required. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
