We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Manager to join a leading Big4 organization in Gurugram. Key Requirements. Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration. Excellent expertise in SAP HANA Administration. Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations & system installations. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA transformation, SUM/DMO & Readiness Check. Hands-on experience with Maintenance Planner, Stack XML, SPAM/SAINT & TCI. Strong knowledge of SAP Transport Management, Backup/Recovery & troubleshooting. Experience with Linux / Windows environments. Strong database knowledge – SAP HANA / Oracle. Experience in S/4HANA conversion / migration is highly desirable. Strong technical leadership & client-facing experience. Ability to lead teams and manage SAP Basis engagements end-to-end. Preferred. SAP Basis / S/4HANA certification.
