SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at Zaptas Technologies involves SAP basis expertise on SAP Hana, S/4HANA, BW4HANA & Solution Manager. You will assist product teams in translating business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture. Daily responsibilities include contributing to defining the product's architecture with the solution architect, supporting the product owner in writing user stories, and offering crucial technical knowledge for shaping the end-to-end process and data flow. You will support and advise the product owner by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance. The professional will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis with expertise on SAP Hana, S/4HANA, BW4HANA & Solution Manager. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
