SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP BASIS Consultant role at VC ERP Consulting involves managing and supporting SAP systems, ensuring smooth system operations, monitoring performance, and handling day-to-day BASIS activities. You will perform SAP system monitoring and administration, user and authorization management, transport management across SAP environments, system troubleshooting and performance monitoring, and support in SAP upgrades, patches, and installations. Daily responsibilities include backup and system maintenance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration with knowledge of SAP HANA and database concepts, understanding of transport management and system monitoring, and basic Linux/Windows server knowledge. The professional will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration with knowledge of SAP HANA and transport management. Basic Linux/Windows server knowledge is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Immediate joiners only. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
