Job Description
Support SAP Basis architecture planning, technical installations, and operational activities across distributed landscapes.
Manage system refreshes, OSS note implementation, printer configuration, and SAP licensing activities.
Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.
Ensure compliance with SAP security standards, audit requirements, and backup/recovery procedures.
Requirements
Experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments with strong Basis operational knowledge.
Knowledge of performance tuning, workload analysis, and SAP architecture planning activities.
Ability to manage technical incidents, production support tasks, and SLA-based operations.
Experience in handling multi-system SAP landscapes and infrastructure coordination.
