SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at Protiviti India involves leading and supporting installation, configuration, integration, upgrade, testing, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems. You will have hands-on cloud-based environments like SAP RAISE and SAP PUBLIC CLOUD, execute ECC to S/4HANA migration projects including system conversion and data migration, administer SAP BTP and other cloud-based SAP environments, and perform performance tuning, problem analysis, and system administration for SAP HANA databases. Daily responsibilities include conducting client copies, system refreshes, managing SAP Correction and Transport System and SAP Security protocols, and implementing Single Sign-On solutions. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of SAP consulting experience with at least one Green field/Brown field SAP implementation project. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and AMS Support engagements is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
