Job Description
This SAP Basis Consultant role at Protiviti India involves leading and supporting installation, configuration, integration, upgrade, testing, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems. You will have hands-on cloud-based environments like SAP RAISE and SAP PUBLIC CLOUD, execute ECC to S/4HANA migration projects including system conversion and data migration, administer SAP BTP and other cloud-based SAP environments, and perform performance tuning, problem analysis, and system administration for SAP HANA databases and SAP instances. Daily responsibilities include conducting client copies, system refreshes, managing SAP Correction and Transport System and SAP Security protocols, and implementing Single Sign-On solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of SAP consulting experience with experience in at least one Green field/Brown field SAP implementation project. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Cloud, Rise/Grow with SAP, On-Premise) and AMS Support engagements is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
