Conduct deep\-dive performance tuning and capacity planning to stay ahead of business scaling. * Security \& Governance: Maintain an ironclad security posture. Manage user administration, complex authorization concepts, and system audits to ensure strict compliance. * Disaster Recovery: Formulate, test, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery (DR) protocols. * Experience: 5\+ years of hardcore SAP Basis administration experience in complex, multi\-tier enterprise environments. * Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of SAP HANA administration, OS/DB migrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure preferred). * The "First Responder" Attitude: You possess a sense of urgency and extreme ownership.
