Monitor SAP systems health, analyze EWA reports, perform RCA for dumps and errors from OS, DB, and SAP layers, support JAVA stack systems such as EP, PI, and BO, handle production system restarts, client administration, transport management, kernel updates, SAP HANA monitoring, and Solution Manager alerts.
Requirements
Strong SAP BASIS administration experience with ABAP and JAVA stack production support, SAP HANA monitoring, Linux and Windows OS knowledge, clustering and high availability understanding, troubleshooting skills, communication skills, and customer care support.
