SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at Mesprosoft involves SAP basis expertise on SAP Hana, S/4HANA, BW4HANA & Solution Manager. You will assist product teams in translating business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture, contribute to defining the product's architecture with the solution architect, and support the product owner in writing user stories. Daily responsibilities include offering crucial technical knowledge for shaping the end-to-end process and data flow, and supporting and advising the product owner by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have 2-7 years of experience in SAP Basis with expertise on SAP Hana, S/4HANA, BW4HANA & Solution Manager. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
