Job Description
Assist in installation configuration and maintenance of SAP systems \n- Monitor system performance availability and reliability \n- Support patching upgrades and system refresh activities \n- Manage user accounts roles and authorization \n- Work with databases like SAP HANA and SQL Server \n- Provide first level troubleshooting and Support \n- Maintain documentation and system logs
Requirements
- Up to 3 years SAP Basis or IT support experience \n- Understanding of SAP architecture and modules \n- Knowledge of HANA SQL Server databases \n- Basic networking knowledge TCP IP DNS \n- Strong analytical and problem solving skills \n- Good communication and teamwork
