Job Description
This SAP Basis Consultant role at Innologic Technologies involves working in SAP Implementations of SAP suite of products Netweaver, ECC, SCM, CRM, HCM, Portal, BI, HANA, S/4HANA, TREX, and 3rd party tools building SAP architecture planning and implementation of capacity planning. You will manage onsite client/customer relationships, delivering tasks independently within scope of work as per SLAs. Daily responsibilities include daily SAP systems healthcheck, monitoring and performance management, configuring and maintaining Solution Manager, working closely with onsite and offshore teams, providing timely updates to Senior Management, solving network issues, printer setup, VPN configuration, and updating documents per company guidelines. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of SAP Basis experience with excellent project/product knowledge. B.Tech/B.E. - Computers with MCA or Any Postgraduate is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
