Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant who is interested in transitioning into a customer-facing consulting and service management role. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them manage and optimize their SAP landscapes on the SAP RISE platform. This role combines technical SAP expertise with stakeholder management and customer engagement, offering an excellent career path toward Service Delivery Management, Account Management, and Customer Success. * 3 years of experience in SAP Basis. * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and HANA Database. * Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations (cloud/on-premise),, and implementations. * Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture and administration. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Customer-facing or consulting experience is preferred. * Opportunity to transition from a technical SAP Basis role into a consulting and customer engagement role. * Exposure to the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, Cloud, and SAP RISE. * Work with multiple global customers across various industries. * Access to extensive SAP learning and certification resources. * Clear career progression toward Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager roles.
