SAP Basis

This SAP Basis role at Diverse Lynx involves performing day-to-day SAP Basis administration tasks including system monitoring, user administration, and performance tuning. You will manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches for SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.), handle transport management across SAP environments using STMS, monitor and troubleshoot system issues (application and database level), and perform system refreshes, client copies, and system backups/restores. Daily responsibilities include working closely with functional and development teams to ensure smooth transport movements and system performance, implementing SAP security policies, and participating in on-call support rotation. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of experience in SAP BASIS with essential skills including SAP BASIS, HANA, and strong understanding of SAP system administration. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
