Job Title: SAP Basis Company: Classic Solutions Job Category: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: * 5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience. * Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes. * Experience with: * SAP HANA Database Administration * SAP System Installation and Upgrades * System Refreshes and Client Copies * Kernel and Support Package Upgrades * Performance Monitoring and Tuning * Transport Management System (TMS) * SAP Solution Manager/Monitoring Tools * User and Authorization Support (Basis-related activities) * Experience with SAP system monitoring, job scheduling, and incident management. * Knowledge of high availability, backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes. * Experience working with cloud-hosted SAP environments is preferred. * Understanding of integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working within AMS support models and SLA-driven environments. * Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support. Key Responsibilities * Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and associated SAP systems. * Perform system monitoring, health checks, and proactive issue resolution. * Manage transports across SAP environments and support release activities. * Execute system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot Basis-related incidents, performance issues, and system outages. * Support SAP HANA database administration activities, including monitoring and optimization. * Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to resolve issues. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, change management, and audit requirements. * Participate in planned maintenance activities and production deployments. * Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks. * Provide support during critical business periods, upgrades, and project releases. * Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure stable application operations. * Provide application and infrastructure support in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts and night-shift coverage. * Meet agreed service Shift – Rotational shift--2 days work from office and 3 days home.
