SAP Basis Administrator

This SAP Basis Administrator role at a Leading Automotive industry involves maintaining and supporting SAP systems in an automotive manufacturing environment. You will monitor and maintain SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA), handle transports (TMS) and system changes, perform user administration (roles & access), monitor system performance and resolve issues, and support upgrades, patches, and system refreshes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with functional, DB, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system operations. The role requires experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, basic knowledge of SAP HANA/databases, and familiarity with Linux or Windows. The position offers opportunities in the automotive manufacturing sector. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate must have around 3 years of SAP Basis experience with exposure to manufacturing or automotive domain preferred. Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
