SAP BASIS Administrator

This SAP BASIS Administrator role at Bauer Corporate Services involves monitoring and supporting SAP on-premise and cloud landscapes with a focus on system availability, performance, and daily operations. You will perform routine SAP Basis administration tasks including client and user-related support, transport monitoring, job monitoring, and spool management. Daily responsibilities include supporting the execution of standard maintenance activities such as SAP Notes and system checks, and monitoring SAP cloud tenants in the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). You will assist in the administration of SAP BTP subaccounts, services, and technical configurations as part of day-to-day cloud operations. The role requires creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and working closely with internal IT teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate must have a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with first practical experience in SAP Basis Administration through a junior role or internship. Basic understanding of complex SAP system landscapes, monitoring, transports, background jobs, and user administration is required. Good knowledge of Windows or Linux and SAP HANA databases is essential. Interest in cloud technologies and SAP BTP is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills are required. B.Tech/B.E. in IT is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
