Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with customers on existing developments and new changes related to AEMO and industry requirements.
* Generate reports for monthly calls and reviews.
* Monitor and manage the incident queue.
* Run system scan tools and perform maintenance activities.
* Follow ATQ guidelines for new releases and coordinate with ATQ and relevant teams before production deployment.
* Maintain and update Sirius and PT systems.
Work Location: Bengaluru, India
