Job Summary. We are looking for experienced SAP APO ABAP Technical professionals with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development and SAP APO technical integration. This is a purely technical SAP APO ABAP role, focused on ABAP development, APO technical objects, interfaces, CIF integration, enhancements, debugging, performance optimization, and production support. Mandatory Technical Skills. 6+ years of SAP ABAP experience for Specialist level. 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience for Senior Specialist level. Strong hands-on experience in SAP APO ABAP Technical Development. Strong expertise in Core ABAP. Hands-on experience with:. Reports and ALV. Interfaces. Enhancements. BAdIs. User Exits. BAPIs. RFCs. IDocs. Function Modules. Debugging. Performance Tuning. Strong understanding of SAP APO Technical Integration. Hands-on experience with CIF (Core Interface). Experience integrating SAP APO with ECC/S/4HANA and external systems. Ability to understand functional specifications and independently develop technical solutions. Good-to-Have Skills. Exposure to APO technical objects related to:. DP. SNP. PP/DS. GATP. Knowledge of SAP IBP or APO-to-IBP integration. Exposure to RTI / Real-Time Integration in SAP APO landscapes. Experience with ABAP on HANA. Knowledge of CDS Views and OData. Exposure to SAP PI/PO or other middleware technologies. Experience with SAP APO implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, or support projects. Knowledge of performance optimization for high-volume APO programs and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities. Develop, enhance, maintain, and support SAP APO ABAP technical solutions. Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical designs and development solutions. Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and technical objects. Work on SAP APO technical development and integration activities. Develop and support interfaces between SAP APO, ECC/S/4HANA, and external systems. Work on CIF from a technical development and troubleshooting perspective. Develop and support BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, Function Modules, and enhancement frameworks. Perform complex ABAP debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and deployment activities. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP ABAP development standards. Prepare technical specifications, unit test documents, and technical documentation. Collaborate with SAP APO Functional Consultants to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. For Senior Specialist level, independently own complex technical deliverables and provide technical guidance to other developers. Important Note.
