Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Analytics Architect (BW, SAC \& BDC) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions across the SAP landscape. This is a hands\-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP S/4HANA on RISE, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and solution leadership capabilities. Responsibilities: SAP Datasphere \& Data Integration* Lead the design and development of data models, semantic layers, and business data fabric solutions in SAP Datasphere and Stories in SAC. * Design and optimize data pipelines using Replication Flows, Data Flows, Task Chains, ensuring data quality, consistency, security, and performance. * Technical in\-depth understanding of how security works in SAP Datasphere and SAC. Scoped roles, Custom Roles, Data Access Control and ways to implement. * Integration with other SAP systems like SuccessFactors, Concur, ARIBA to extract data to SAP Datasphere. * Integration of data with Non\-SAP Systems like SQL, Azure etc. using SLT or other middleware. * Architect data integration and replication strategies between SAP and non\-SAP applications. * Drive integration approaches leveraging SAP native tools and modern data architecture principles. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)* Design and oversee development of SAC stories, dashboards, and executive reporting solutions. * Enable self\-service analytics capabilities while maintaining governance and data integrity. * Configure Security in SAC with folders and ensure secured access for end users. Stakeholder Management \& Leadership* Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions. * Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, design sessions, and solution demonstrations. * Present architecture recommendations, technical decisions, and trade\-offs to senior leadership and business executives. * Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams, developers, and analysts. Delivery \& Continuous Improvement* Ensure successful delivery of analytics initiatives from design through deployment. * Evaluate and recommend new SAP analytics innovations and emerging technologies. * Drive continuous improvement in solution performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability. * Mentor team members and promote analytics best practices across the organization. Collaboration \& Leadership* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams, particularly teams based in India. * Strong ownership mindset with accountability for delivery outcomes. * Self\-driven, proactive, and capable of influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions. * Passion for continuous learning and staying current with SAP analytics innovations and emerging technologies. Salary: AUD 150742 \- AUD 171215 Please Note: \- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes. Solution Architecture \& Design* Architect and design end\-to\-end SAP Analytics solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA on RISE, SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud. * Hands\-on experience with SAP BDC Data products, S4HANA CDS views, SAP Datasphere Models \& Views and SAC Stories (for visualization) * Good technical understanding of BW or B4HANA data models, ADSO, Composite Providers, HANA Calculation views, Bex Queries * Define analytics and data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. * Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and architecture standards for analytics solutions. Technical and Professional Requirements: Technical Experience* Extensive experience architecting SAP Analytics solutions in enterprise environments. * Strong hands\-on experience with: + SAP Datasphere (data modeling, data integration, replication, semantic modeling) + SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (story design, dashboards, analytics, planning) + SAP S/4HANA on RISE (CDS views, Data Extraction using CDS Views) + SAP BDC ( data Products) + BW on HANA (ADSO, Composite Providers, ABAP in Transformations, BEX Queries) + Architecting end\-to\-end data pipelines between SAP and non\-SAP systems * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics platforms. * Experience with integration patterns, API\-based architectures, and data movement strategies. * Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services is highly desirable. Consulting \& Stakeholder Skills* Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable SAP analytics solutions. * Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. * Ability to explain complex technical architectures in simple business terms. * Experience presenting architecture solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders. * Strong client\-facing consulting experience in onshore environments.
