SAP ABAP Trainee

This SAP ABAP Trainee role at Accentuate Business Solutions is an urgent hiring opportunity for freshers with knowledge of SAP ABAP. You will receive comprehensive training with a 3-year agreement, working as an SAP ABAP Consultant. The position offers Saturday and Sunday fixed off. Salary progression starts from Rs. 15,000 for the first 6 months, increasing to Rs. 20,000-25,000 from 6-18 months, and a minimum of Rs. 30,000 after 18 months with no maximum limit. The role provides an excellent foundation for building a career in SAP ABAP with practical training and experience. You will work with a rapidly growing software solutions and SAP consulting company providing services for medium and large organizations in various domains.

The ideal candidate should be a fresher with knowledge of SAP ABAP, Data Dictionary, ALV Reports, SAP HANA, and OO ABAP. B.C.A., B.Tech/B.E., MS/M.Sc, M.Tech, or MCA in relevant specializations is preferred. Candidates must be willing to commit to a 3-year training agreement. Any graduate degree from relevant streams is acceptable. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
