SAP ABAP-Manager

This SAP ABAP Manager role at EY involves leading global cloud implementation projects as a technical leader. You will interface and communicate with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor project teams, and provide regular status reporting. Your daily responsibilities include interfacing with customer representatives and traveling to customer locations as needed. The role requires building a quality culture, managing performance management for direct reportees, fostering teamwork, and training and mentoring project resources. You will participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Technical expertise includes working knowledge of AS-ABAP on HANA, custom code pushdown techniques, ABAP Development Toolkit (ADT), and RAP (Managed and Unmanaged scenarios).

The ideal candidate must have 7-12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with strong project delivery experience. Required skills include AS-ABAP on HANA, RAP (Managed/Unmanaged), CDS Views, AMDP, Module Pool Programming, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, RICEFW, User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework. Experience with SAP Gateway, OData, and backend Fiori development is essential. BE/B.Tech/MCA degree is required. Preferred skills include HANA analytics, Fiori, SAP BO tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
