SAP ABAP Lead (MBS)

This SAP ABAP Technical Lead role at MBS requires 7-10 years of experience in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects with strong expertise in ABAP development, S/4HANA, interfaces, IDOCs, and Adobe Forms. You will design and architect end-to-end SAP ABAP solutions aligned with business requirements and lead technical design discussions. Contributing to solution decisions, developing and supporting ABAP objects, reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows is expected. Working on SAP S/4HANA developments, data integration, and interface implementations is essential. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot IDOCs and integration solutions while creating and maintaining Adobe Forms and related technical objects. Collaboration with functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions is required.

The ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of SAP ABAP experience with strong expertise in ABAP, DDIC, Reporting, and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, IDOCs, Interfaces, and Adobe Forms development is required. Must have architected at least one end-to-end SAP solution with awareness of multiple solution approaches and technical architecture patterns. Preferred skills include SAP AIF, SAP Workflow, and SAP UI5. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
