We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to lead SAP ABAP development, enhancement, integration, and technical delivery across business-critical SAP processes for a leading Oil & Gas organization in Nigeria. Role & responsibilities. Lead SAP ABAP development initiatives across FI, MM, CO, SD, and PP modules. Oversee design, development, and review of custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure code quality, adherence to SAP standards, and performance optimization. Manage ABAP development for S/4HANA and SAP HANA Rise projects. Guide team members in debugging, version control, and transport management. Required technical skills. 15+ years in SAP ABAP with at least 5+ years in a lead role. Hands-on S/4HANA & SAP HANA Rise development. Expertise in ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, User Exits. Strong in OData, CDS Views, and ABAP on HANA optimization. Experience with cross-module interfaces and data migration. Knowledge of SAP Fiori integration and SAP Gateway services. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
