Job Description
Role & responsibilities. The role involves assessing existing HR master data integrations, defining future-state architecture, improving data traceability and integration governance, reducing sensitive-data exposure, and supporting legacy-system modernization. Key Responsibilities. Assess current and future-state HR master data integrations across SAP HR/HCM, Workday, middleware, People Services platforms, and downstream SAP systems. Lead detailed technical where-used and dependency analysis across SAP programs, tables, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs, configuration objects, and background jobs. Develop comprehensive end-to-end data lineage and source-to-target mappings, including transformation logic and integration mechanisms. Reverse engineer SAP HR data flows across Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). Analyze SAP HR objects and dependencies, including HRP1000, HRP1001, PA9002, and PERNR-related data. Identify unused fields, data duplication, sensitive-data exposure, non-compliant data propagation, and system-of-record gaps. Evaluate API-based, middleware-driven, file-based, Workday, and SAP-native integration patterns. Define scalable and decoupled future-state integration architecture aligned with data minimization, privacy-by-design, and clear system ownership. Design future integration bundles based on source systems, target systems, and required HR data fields. Develop technical remediation, testing, risk mitigation, cutover, and legacy integration decommissioning strategies. Facilitate technical discovery and architecture workshops with technical, functional, data privacy, and business stakeholders. Present architecture recommendations and technical findings to senior stakeholders. Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration inventories, data lineage models, technical risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the SAP ABAP domain. Interested candidates looking to grow in SAP ABAP are encouraged to apply. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world SAP ABAP projects.
