SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Mobilution IT Systems is hiring an SAP ABAP HR Consultant across Kolkata, Pune, and Bengaluru to develop and customize SAP HR modules spanning Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management. A central focus of the role is integrating SAP SuccessFactors with on-premise payroll processes, building reliable data flows using OData APIs and object-oriented ABAP techniques. You will create custom forms and reports using Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, alongside developing BAPIs and BADIs that extend standard SAP HR functionality on S/4HANA. Working with CDS views for modern data modeling is expected, and the role covers end-to-end implementation cycles including thorough testing and debugging before solutions reach production for client HR and payroll teams.

This role requires 3-7 years of SAP ABAP HR development experience, with strong technical command of OData APIs, object-oriented ABAP, and CDS views on the S/4HANA platform. Practical experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with payroll processes is essential, given the strategic importance of that integration to this position. Proficiency building Smart Forms and Adobe Forms is required, alongside solid experience developing BAPIs and BADIs for HR extensibility. Working knowledge across Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management modules is expected, along with strong testing and debugging discipline suited to end-to-end HR implementation projects.
