SAP ABAP HR Consultant

This SAP ABAP HR Consultant role at Innominds Software involves comprehensive SAP HR solution development and enhancement. You will leverage 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP HR experience with strong consulting background. Your expertise includes ABAP programming with data dictionary concepts, function modules, smart forms, and leveraging BAPIs and BADIs for system enhancements. You will have comprehensive understanding of key HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY). The role requires experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ECC/ECP payroll systems using both point-to-point and Business Integration Builder data replication methods. You will demonstrate proficiency in employee data replication and advanced error analysis to ensure accurate payroll processing across platforms.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP HR experience with strong consulting background. Demonstrated proficiency in ABAP programming including expertise in data dictionary, function modules, smart forms, and leveraging BAPIs and BADIs is essential. Comprehensive understanding of SAP HR modules including PA, OM, PT, and PY is required. Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ECC/ECP payroll systems using point-to-point and Business Integration Builder data replication is necessary. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Core Data Services (CDS) views is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
