SAP ABAP HR Consultant

This SAP ABAP HR Consultant role at Deloitte's US-India offices, spanning Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai, is oriented around SuccessFactors delivery rather than traditional ABAP development. You will lead and support SuccessFactors implementations across modules including Employee Central, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation, and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), working directly with client HR teams to translate strategic workforce requirements into configured solutions. Beyond hands-on delivery, the role carries a mentoring dimension, meaning you will guide junior consultants through their own project work and help build their SuccessFactors capability over time. This is a client-facing consulting position that blends technical configuration knowledge with broader HR strategy and technology transformation advisory, reflecting Deloitte's consulting-led delivery model.

This position requires 3-6 years of relevant experience with mandatory SuccessFactors certification, since Deloitte will not consider candidates without formal certification in at least one core module. Practical delivery experience across Employee Central, LMS, Compensation, or PMGM is required, and broader SAP HCM background is expected as supporting context even though the role centers on SuccessFactors specifically. Because mentoring junior team members is an explicit part of this role, candidates should have prior experience guiding less experienced consultants rather than working purely as an individual contributor.
