SAP ABAP HANA Consultants

This SAP ABAP HANA Consultant role at TCS involves developing and maintaining SAP ABAP applications on the HANA platform. You will work on S/4HANA projects, leveraging HANA capabilities for performance optimization and code pushdown. Daily tasks include designing and implementing ABAP solutions, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will also participate in migration and rollout projects, applying best practices for ABAP on HANA development. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a hybrid work environment. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate must have 10‑20 years of experience in SAP ABAP with strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, RAP, and SAP Fiori. Experience in S/4HANA migration and performance tuning is preferred. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams are expected. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant SAP certifications.
