Job Title: SAP ABAP - Fiori - Workflow Company: NTT DATA SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: "Support ABAP developments along with SAP Fiori applications, OData Services, SAP Gateway, Workflow development, workflow troubleshooting, UI5 application support, and backend integration. Perform code fixes and enhancements. Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications. Support deployment activities and transport management. Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams. Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods. Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes. Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
