Must have 0-2 years of experience * Ability to write detailed technical designs * Ability to speak to functional consultant and understand the business requirements and convert them into technical solutions * Ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers across the globe * At least 2 implementation or rollout experience * SAP Certifications * Ability to learn the niche skills and upskill in short time * Leadership qualities and good communication skills * Ability to provide trainings * Good understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices from both ECC and HANA * Ability to work in AGILE way * Ability to create product backlogs, estimate user stories and do sprint plannings * Excellent customer interfacing skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
