SAP ABAP Developer

This SAP ABAP Developer role for a leading IT consulting client involves designing, developing, and testing custom SAP ABAP programs including RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). You will debug and optimize existing ABAP code for performance, develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preparing technical documentation, and supporting SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The role requires working with ALE/IDoc and Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, with strong understanding of SAP data dictionary and module integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and OData services is preferred. The position offers excellent growth prospects with a collaborative work culture.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in SAP ABAP development with expertise in RICEF objects. Required skills include ALE/IDoc, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, and understanding of SAP data dictionary and module integration. Experience with debugging and performance tuning is essential. Good communication skills are required. Preferred skills include SAP S/4HANA, OData, Fiori/UI5, and exposure to SAP BASIS activities. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
