SAP ABAP Consultant

This SAP ABAP Consultant role at Skyper Business Solutions involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting SAP ABAP objects. You will work extensively on RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. Daily responsibilities include developing complex Classical, ALV, and OO ALV reports, creating and enhancing Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, and implementing enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework. You will develop and support interfaces using BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and file-based integrations, perform performance tuning and code optimization, and work on data migration tools such as LSMW. Collaboration with functional consultants for requirement gathering and solution design is essential. You will also support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience in core ABAP development with expertise in ALV Reports (Classical and OO), Smart Forms and/or Adobe Forms, and strong knowledge of Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Implicit/Explicit). Experience in BAPI, RFC, and IDoc development is required. Good debugging and performance tuning skills are essential. B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent is required. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role.
