SAP ABAP Consultant

This SAP ABAP Consultant role at INTIME IT SERVICES involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting SAP applications using ABAP programming. You will develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP/ABAP OO, design and enhance Reports (ALV, Interactive, Classical), Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF). Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms, developing BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs, and function modules, and implementing User Exits, BADI, and Enhancement Framework. You will work on Module Pool and Dialog Programming, optimize existing ABAP programs for performance, and collaborate with Functional Consultants across MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, and HR modules. The role also involves providing production support, bug fixes, performance tuning, and preparing technical specifications.

The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in SAP ABAP & ABAP OO with expertise in Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms. Knowledge of Data Dictionary, ALV Grid/OO ALV, IDOCs, BAPI, and RFC is required. Understanding of SAP Workflows is preferred. Good understanding of SAP business processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization is required. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
