SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of SAP BTP solutions to modernize legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency for our global client base.- Lead technical design workshops with senior stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable SAP ABAP and cloud-native technical specifications.- Mentor and guide high-performing development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and code quality to ensure project delivery meets stringent enterprise standards.- Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with BTP services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation that drives significant business outcomes.- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for critical SAP applications to minimize downtime and maximize system reliability for end-users.- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define technical roadmaps, ensuring all deliverables align with long-term organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP ABAP development, including OData services, CDS views, and RAP/CAP programming models within the BTP environment.- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP implementation projects, managing technical teams across diverse geographical locations with a focus on hybrid work collaboration.- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.- Strong analytical mindset to identify architectural bottlenecks and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions that optimize system performance.- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in SAP cloud technologies.
