SAP ABAP and Workflow Consultant

This Senior Specialist role at LTM involves designing, developing, and enhancing complex ABAP programs with a focus on Workflow Lexi WF and ALE/IDOC integration. You will utilize advanced ABAP techniques including OOABAP and the Enhancement Framework, implement Webservice, OData, and BRF‑based solutions, and apply Fiori Elements for UI improvements. Responsibilities include performing RICEF, SPAU, SPDD, and ATC remediation to ensure system consistency. You will lead design and development, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and coordinate with BASIS and functional teams for smooth integration. Continuous improvement of workflows and IDOC processing is expected. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate must have 6‑12 years of experience in ABAP Advanced with expertise in Workflow Lexi WF and ALE/IDOC. Strong knowledge of OOABAP, Enhancement Framework, Webservice, OData, and BRF is required. Experience with Fiori Elements, RICEF, SPAU, SPDD, and ATC is essential. A B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Tech, or MBA/PGDM is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams are expected.
