Salesforce Trainer

This Salesforce Trainer role at Proskillshub involves developing and implementing effective Salesforce training programs for clients, conducting workshops and sessions on Salesforce best practices and features, and creating engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and online courses. You will evaluate client progress and provide feedback for improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions, and stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and technologies. Daily responsibilities include delivering training sessions, designing curriculum, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to learners. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills with expertise in Salesforce technologies. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce training with strong knowledge of Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce administration. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
