Job Title: Salesforce technical lead Company: Wipro Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Salesforce technical lead We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations , along with hands\-on experience in the Real Estate industry . The ideal candidate will lead end\-to\-end Salesforce implementations, design scalable solutions, and support business processes across sales, leasing, customer service, and property management. Key Responsibilities * Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. * Design and implement customer, broker, and partner portals using Experience Cloud. * Develop and manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, property management systems, marketing platforms, and third\-party applications. * Lead technical teams and provide guidance on Salesforce with the best practices, architecture, and development standards. * Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases. * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. * Lead and Opportunity Management * Property and Unit Inventory Management * Reservations and Bookings * Payment Plans and Collections * Property Handover * Leasing Management * Property Management * Customer Service and After\-Sales Support * Broker and Partner Management * Facility management * Journey Builder * Email Studio * Automation Studio * Contact Builder * Customer Segmentation * Lead Nurturing Campaigns * Omnichannel Marketing (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) * Customer Journey and Engagement Programs * Marketing Cloud integrations with Salesforce CRM * SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics * Property Management Systems * Payment Gateways * Banking Systems * Document Management Solutions * Marketing Platforms * CTI Integration tools like Genesys, Nice * 8\+ years of Salesforce experience. * 3\+ years in a Technical Lead role. * Proven experience delivering end\-to\-end Salesforce implementations. * Strong real estate industry experience. * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. * Experience managing integrations across enterprise applications.
