The ideal candidate must have 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and training delivery. Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionalities and best practices is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and curriculum design skills are essential. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
