Job Description
This Salesforce Reporting Analyst role at Royal Cyber involves providing support to SPDJI Salesforce users ensuring their reporting needs are met promptly and effectively. You will maintain regular and clear communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about request status, manage multiple report requests simultaneously with effective prioritization, and maintain the reporting request queue with the ability to report on trends, data gaps, and bugs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining quality of work by following defined procedures, maintaining KPIs for the team, ensuring all reporting requests and permissions comply with compliance requirements, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions, assessing effectiveness of new data sources, and coordinating with functional teams to implement report models.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard management with ability to support users with reporting needs, manage multiple report requests, maintain reporting queues, ensure compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
