Job Title: Salesforce QA (L2) Company: Ness Digital Engineering Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: The Role Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise and client-facing consulting skills. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions that align with customer needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure high-impact, scalable outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce technical solutions. * Design, configure, and develop applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and declarative tools. * Customize and optimize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio. * Lead integrations with third-party applications and external systems. * Drive data migration activities and manage deployment cycles. * Apply best practices using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines. * Develop and maintain unit tests; diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Provide training and post-implementation support. * Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities. * Development: Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, Flows * Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, Third-party integrations * Tools: Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines * Testing: Unit testing, debugging, automation frameworks * Platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio (Preferred), Media Cloud (Preferred) With flexible remote options, diverse projects, and access to development resources, joining Ness means building a career that’s meaningful and impactful. Qualifications and Skills * 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development and consulting. * Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, and automation. * Proven proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. * Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and source-driven development. * Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. * Ability to work directly with stakeholders in a consulting environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience with Media Cloud, OmniStudio, Odisha CPQ. * Salesforce Platform Developer II Odisha relevant consulting certifications. * Exposure to agile delivery and tools such Assam Jira, Confluence. * Experience working with enterprise-grade, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
